Henry on his return:

“It’s kind of unreal because you are talking about a statue and here I am now a few weeks later playing for Arsenal,” Henry told Arsenal Player.

“It wasn’t planned. You can ask the boss, he said it himself – he was thinking about it but he didn’t talk to me and then it happened pretty fast.
Arsenal and me has always been a love story, with some bad days. Hopefully people agree with me that there were more good days than bad, but I just love the Club.”

Henry admits that he cannot wait to pull on the red-and-white shirt once again and is excited about the opportunity to continue his “love story” with the Club.

“For me being able to come here and train, being in the dressing room and seeing all the training staff, I have no words to describe it. To wear the jersey one more time, I can only be honoured,” he said.

“People might think I am just saying that, but when I left this Club I cried and I cried for the statue. I haven’t cried a lot in my career, but when I do it seems that something is happening with Arsenal. In my time here I always tried to be honest, and I think the fans can see that. Thanks to the tube strikes going on, Arsenal get an extra day to prepare for their match against Wolves. This now means that the Gunners now have to play 3 times in a 7 day period. This includes: Wolves, QPR, and Fulham.

Arsene Wenger will be looking at players fitness level’s to determine the starting line up. One player who Wenger may choose to rest is the in-form, Robin Van Persie.

The most important thing is that the team wins,” said Wenger. “The individual records are not vital for me — they are just a sign that the team scores. “I believe the great players know what is important. What is important on the pitch is to make the right decision for every situation you face. He does that very well.”

“We will see — it will be a big demand for him [to play all three matches] but I don’t know yet,” he said.

“I don’t want to stop him,” said Wenger. “I am very happy if he does it but if he can combine the record with staying fit.”

Resting Van Persie will be good for him, but I feel that there are a few players that should be rested. Aaron Ramsey has been looking fatigued of late, and so has Walcott.

Predicted Starting XI

Arsenal have been on a good form of late, winning four out of their last six premier meetings. Wolves, on the other hand, have lost four of their last six. Wolves have also been poor on the road this season, so Arsenal will fancy their chances of getting a good result.

Hopefully, Arsenal will come out comfortable winners tomorrow with no injuries for us to to leap-frog Chelsea into 4th place.

Aaron Ramsey didn’t score yesterday, yet some “crazy people”, I’m referring to TalkSport, predicted Kim Jong Il’s death yesterday!

Just a recap for those of you who don’t remember; Arsenal beat Man City in comfortable fashion, a 3-0 win to silence critics who were criticizing that Arsenal were failing to win games against the top teams. Dedrick Boyata got sent off after 3 minutes, forcing City to play the majority of the game with 10 men. Samir “Cuntbag” Nasri opened the scoring to make the score 0-1 at half time. Alex Song than got on the score sheet, before Bendtner killed the gmae off in 89th minute. So what’s the difference between City and Arsenal that has separated them apart this season? Simple, the £100m City spent since the last time the two sides met.

Most people would be expecting City to come out comfortable winners, however, Arsenal has been on a much better form of lately. This is mainly due to the fact, of course, that Robin Van Persie has been simply irresistible this season. Where would Arsenal be without him?

Van Persie has won us 7 games in total this season, 5 in the league. This means that he has won us arsenal 15 points from our 29 this season. Arsenal is definitely no one-man team, but if Van Persie were to get injured, who would replace him? Chamakh? Park? Walcott? Some scary choices there so let’s all prey that Van Persie can be fit for the whole season.

Anyways, with City on a lowish point, I hope am confident that Arsenal will come out winners. I have faith in our squad and expect them to challenge any team in the world at the moment.
