The daily Star has reported that Manuel Almunia could be set to leave the gunners and join Turkish club Galatasaray. The move is expected to be around £1.5m.
In other news, Peter Hill-Wood has confirmed that Thierry Henry won’t be coming on loan,

I think it would have been nice to have Thierry come in and play a few games. He is a player with experience and quality and I would take him, at 33, over Bendtner in FA cup matches. We should be hoping that he gives a tip or two to Bendtner and Walcott on finishing or learning how to use pace for the latter one.

I think we should give Bendtner away to sporting science, as it’s a miracle that a player that crap can manage to wing it into the premier league. I’ll be glad to see Almunia go, and would be even happier to see the back of flappianski. Tough times ahead, but I trust in AW and up the Arsenal!
