The Ox is Unleashed- David Villa Coy Over Future- Midfielder Leaves

Hope you are all having a magnificent Monday. Let’s begin with the international fixture yesterday, Brazil v England. I’m sure that many of you managed to catch the game somewhere, as it was a fairly exciting encounter. England did nothing to change my opinion of the them over the first 45 minutes, as they had what seems 5% of the possession. Brazil didn’t take any of their chances until the second half when Fred scored off of a rebound. Up steps the Ox to hit a fantastic strike from the edge of the box. Is it a bit exaggerated? Yes. Nonetheless, it was still a magnificent moment for one of our bright young players. You can only hope that he will find his form in the league next season. It is really hard to believe that he is only 19 years old. He is not a finished product yet; scary as he will still improve.

Arsenal target David Villa is giving nothing away about his future.

“I have a contract and I have always said that I’m very happy at Barcelona,” Villa said. “Throughout my career I have always been respectful of my current club. Right now I’m just thinking about doing a good job in Brazil and then we will see.

“We will have to analyse many things during the summer, but as of right now I’m not thinking of anything else other than playing football for Spain.”

It seems like he is happy to stay at Barca, but he would like to join another club to get some playing time. Arsenal and Sp*rs are the two clubs who look to battle it out. I would like to sign Villa, however, he isn’t as prolific as he was a couple of years ago. He should be more of a fall back if someone like Higuain joins Juventus.

Finally, Denilson is all set to leave. You remeber Denilson, right? Yeah, Arsenal and Denilson have agreed to terminate his contract at the end of the month. It is about time! Now if we can get some more dead wood out of there that would be great.

That’s all for today. Have a magnificent Monday.

  1. I want us to have 2 players fighting for each position. Look how gibbs has performed with some real competition and koscielny. David villa and the ox are the perfect rivals for walcott and podolski. We need another rival for giroud. Cazorla has rosicky and jack breathing down his neck but if fabregas is available we should bring him home then cazorla can be podolskis rival with villa becoming the rival for giroud.
